Mr. Hall was born in Birmingham, Alabama, on August 27, 1959. He attended Birmingham - Southern College, where he earned a B.A. degree in 1982, and Cumberland School of Law, where he earned a J.D. degree in 1985. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He was admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice in Alabama in 1985. Mr. Hall is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Transportation Lawyers Association.
