Mr. Hall was born in Dunavant, Alabama, on October 5, 1931. He attended the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Sigma Delta Kappa Law Fraternity. He received a B.S. degree in 1953 and an L.L.B. degree in 1955, and was admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice in Alabama in January 1955. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Birmingham and American Bar Associations, Alabama State Bar Association, International Association of Defense Council, Defense Research Institute, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Trial Attorneys of America, Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, International Association of Defense Counsel and the International Society of Barristers. Mr. Hall enjoys an AV rating by Martindale - Hubbell.
