Mr. Conerly was born in Jackson, Alabama, on September 21, 1929. He attended the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He received a B.S. degree from the University of Alabama in 1951 and an L.L.B. degree in 1955. He was admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice in 1955. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. Mr. Conerly enjoys an AV rating by Martindale - Hubbell.
