Our Philosophy

  • The secret to our success is simple. We represent our clients the way we ourselves would want to be represented: aggressively, fairly, and ethically.
  • Our top-notch attorneys provide a broad range of legal services to individual and business clients throughout the State of Alabama. Historically, the firm has specialized in insurance defense work, representing individual and business clients in a broad range of areas, including personal injury and wrongful death litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance law issues involving coverage, liability, and damages, employment law claims such as employment discrimination, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee benefits, whistleblower, and wrongful discharge, labor law, business and commercial litigation, toxic torts and other complex civil litigation, products liability litigation, construction law claims, workers’ compensation, and real estate cases.
  • Our attorneys possess sterling academic credentials, strong community ties, and a deep commitment to your success. We work hard to provide the best possible representation to our clients in a professional manner, and we strive to deliver superior results.

The above is not legal advice. That can only come from a qualified attorney who is familiar with all the facts and circumstances of a particular, specific case and the relevant law. See Terms of Use.

No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.
